The International Festival - the "Slavic Wreath" competition has been held since 2000 on the territory of the Children's Youth Center Albatross, Republic of Bulgaria.

It is attended by children', teen bands and solo artists from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Moldova, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in the categories: Vocal, Choreography, Instrumental, Original, Theatrical genres.

The main goal of the Festival-competition "Slavic Wreath" is to create for children and teenagers an opportunity for creative communication, to identify new talents, to give an opportunity to familiarize themselves with samples of national Slavic culture and art.

  • The development of Slavic culture and strengthening of inter-ethnic cooperation.
  • Getting to know the best creative groups, establishing creative contacts between teams, sharing the experience of the countries participating in the festival in the artistic education of children, teenagers and young people.
  • Creating conditions for the support and development of children's and youth creativity.
  • Engaging in cooperation with children's and adolescent groups of leading cultural professionals and the most prominent artists.
  • Improving the professional skills and qualifications of managers and educators, creative teams and performers.


Children with disabilities are also invited to the Festival of "Slavic wreath" in order to stimulate the development of artistic creation as a means of their rehabilitation and social adaptation.

Children and teenagers will not only actively participate in the festival process, but also relax on the beautiful Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. The hospitable Bulgarian land invites everyone to the arts festival.
